Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

Order Cancellation

Thank you for shopping with us, however, in case you change your mind, please kindly announce us within 12 hours from the moment your order is placed.

If customers reach Nowpanda after this 12-hour time window, we apologize for not being able to issue a full refund in this case since the order could have been processed for delivery, thus, we could only give you a 70% order value refund in this case.

Kindly submit your order cancellation request at support@nowpanda.com with the title “[ASAP] Order Cancellation - <Order Number>” for better processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept the return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. To be more specific, returned/exchanged requests must meet the following requirements:

  • Causes

    • Dysfunction
    • Missing Parts
    • Unacceptably late delivery

     

  • Proofs of Purchase

    • Digital Receipt Mail Forward
    • At least 4 images that closely illustrate the item’s damaged condition
    • Images of the received parcel

     

  • Products that are not eligible for a return and/or exchange

  • Particular types of merchandise are ineligible for a refund. Food, bouquets, papers, and periodicals that are perishable cannot be returned. Also, we do not take intimate or hygienic items, toxic objects, or combustible liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable products include the following:

    • Gift certificates
    • Software packages that may be downloaded
    • Several goods for health and personal care

    1. Important note: 

    • Our return policy is five days from the date of receipt, except for delicate items. Unfortunately, beyond five days from the day you received the item, we will be unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. 
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
    • Only return/exchange requests are confirmed by our staff via email in advance are eligible for a refund request.

    Refunds

    Refund Procedure

    Once we received and examine your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received it. Additionally, we will tell you whether your refund request is approved or rejected. This process typically takes 24 hours from the moment we receive your returned item at our warehouse.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be made to your credit card or original payment method within certain days, as determined by your card issuer.

    Refunds made late or not at all (if applicable)

    If you have not yet received a refund, double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card provider; it may take a few days for your refund to be processed formally.

    Following that, call your bank. A refund is often subject to processing time (3-5 business days) before it is posted.
